Demons: A collection of poems

In the last ten years I have struggled with many mental health issues including social anxiety, major depression and panic disorder. In this time I have seen that although mental health awareness has come along way, there is still so much that people don't understand. In this collection of poems, I have written about my own struggles and other peoples and I hope that I shed some light on the issues that people face. If you are reading this just please know that things always get better. I never thought that I would be where I am now but I am so proud of the person that I am becoming.
