It is life to stand up to be broken.b A real desire in despair. Elizabeth Lesser has been conducting workshops on the posture of coping with lifes challenges in the Omega Association for decades. It is a collection of stories about those who participated in the workshop "Life is Broken and Standing," which is influenced by the hardest changes in life, and the choice of growth rather than fear. The Omega Association is a nonprofit educational organization founded in 1977 in New York State. It offers a variety of seminars and workshops aimed at promoting health and quality of life, spiritual growth and healing, social innovation, and creativity. More than 23,000 people are looking for it. There are also regular lectures by famous figures such as Nick Nicholas, Al Gore and Christopher Reeve. People pretend to be ok, when they ask someones good-bye, no problem. It is obvious that each person is suffering from anxiety. Lesser persuades her to confront and accept her anxieties and weaknesses in an open secret. The moment we realize that all are imperfect flawed beings, our minds can become more relaxed. After all, what is important is the attitude of life that is essentially approaching the trial. Lesser describes these trials as rather friendly aura. Even if it falls to hell, if you remain patiently in darkness and suffering with an open mind, you can come back to the surface of the joy of life again.
