How did I read this so fast you ask, as the other two books I've been reading for forever? I skipped and skimmed this book. It's one of those really dry, boring scientificy research books where you can get all the info you really need reading the "conclusion" section of each chapter- unless you really like that scientific mumbo jumbo!
