This is a well-written and laid out textbook. The text is written for med school students, but I do research in Women's Health and lack a medical background so I use it as a reference. It is laid out in self-contained sections so you can just find what you are interested in and flip directly to it. Of course knowing one of the editors (and author of some of the sections) likely biases my review; I think anyone in my situation would find it useful as a reference.
