The book “Kobe Bryant” written by Dan Osier, is a really good book and it introduces basketball to those who dont know it and shares some exciting moments of kobe bryants career. It was actually one of the best biographies I’ve read. The topics lead more and more people want to keep continue reading it.

From reading this book about one of the best players to play the game of basketball, it showed a lot on how Kobe actually got to where he was. He was born on August 23, 1978 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In his young days, it talked a lot about how Kobe was always a fan by basketball, especially being influenced by his dad, Joe Washington Bryant, who played for multiple teams in the NBA. Kobe Bryant was drafted on July 1st, 1996 to the Charlotte Hornets but was then traded to the Los Angeles Lakers. His career started to rise as he started to earn MVP's and mainly being acknowledged for great accomplishments. Kobe currently still plays for the Los Angeles Lakers today which marks his 19th year in the League. He was so far won 5 championships and still looks to add at least one more ring to his finger. He's determined and a very "winning minded" player. Overall, Kobe's one of the best to play the game and he even worked with Michael Jordan which shows how they both have identical playing habits.

Great photos paired with minimal text give young students an appropriate amount of information.

This book is an biography on Kobe Bryant an American, now retired professional basketball player who changed the way of the game and the way its viewed. Breaking all barriers in his career this book is very interesting and as a basketball player myself can relate to very well. The biography itself now is out dated but still very fun to read and will further educate you on one of the best players that ever stepped foot on the court.
