A nice little paperback storage of all kinds of relevant infos regarding a huge range of topics. Still - I missed some better explanations at times, finding especially the scientific parts far too difficult to understand for a layperson/non-insider :) like me.

It's always difficult to find the adequate amount of detail per topic when the publisher/author wants to fill infos on everything into the book. That's the feeling I had when reading it. I wish they had specialized on specific topics here and there, providing the reader with more detailed backgrounds (and that also on non-scientific topics since this is the TIME-edition after all) instead of simply cramming such a huge variety of topics into it.

One thing I truly liked about this copy was the country information which was by far better arranged layout-wise than in other comparable almanacs.
