I really like this author, I have listened to 3 of his books so far and all of them were super great stories! Short chapters and really well developed individual characters! This is a super scandalous tale about a small town and what REALLY can go on...there is lies and betrayal...adultery...lust..new love...friendship...crimes of passion, evil people...good deeds..and bad ones! I loved how the ending hour of this book goes crazy with freak accidents and medical emergencies and you just don't know who is going to make it...and then all ends the way it should!! My fave couple Nancy and Roy.....Most evil Karen and Hattie...lol AWESOME LISTEN!!! I TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

This was a freebie from the author. It is a series of continually rotating vignettes of life and characters in the small, northeastern town of Slaters Falls. The characters are good, bad, and have a variety of issues.
