This book is a colorful, thoughtfully-made guide whether you’re just getting started or looking for more creativity in your craft. I enjoyed the author’s inclusion of her own experiences and preferences, in addition to helpful cross-stitching tips. My only wish is that color palettes other than the author’s favorite were sampled… and that there were even more patterns included! :)

Good for beginners. I think a lot of the charts are a bit hard to see with dark colours and quite small print (in some cases where there was plenty of room to have it larger). 2 1/2 rounded up.
