2 child hood friends Kevin & Dela grew up in the rough streets of Miami, Fl.. During Middle School Kevin's family moves away for better opportunities. The 2 friends make a blood pact and vow to always keep in touch. Years later Kevin becomes a successful student and earns several college scholarships while Dela is the opposite and has one foot in the street life. Kevin choose the University of Miami which gives him a chance to go back to his home town and reunite with his blood brother Dela. While attending college Kevin makes some new shady college friends and gets into extra underground activities. Dela finds out and is shocked to learn what Kevin has gotten into but joins him regardless, Blood brothers for life.
