God's Plan for You is a thoughtful, well-organized presentation of Catholic Church's teaching on what the subtitle says (Life, Love, Marriage & Sex) with a heavy emphasis on Pope St. John Paul II's Theology of the Body.

The information is presented in a logical sequence, each chapter building on the one previous. The sometimes heady TOB teachings are distilled for readers while snippets of the original text can be found in the margins - which makes the book visually interesting as well. (I also appreciated seeing references to Pope Francis's teaching too.)

Questions at the end of each chapter make the book appropriate for informal group or classroom use.

The book read smoothly and felt like a TOB refresher for me. Well done!
