Another quick enjoyable read from the Cursed Coven Series. I like how the story progressed and the mystery it provided. I like all the characters but my favorite is Zelda.

Melasina Cormier has been a model witch since her mother was banished from the coven for practicing the dark art of necromancy when Melasina was ten. Lately, she's been having strange dreams and waking up with dirt under her nails and scratches on her hands. Then she awakens one morning to find two dead bodies and the coven's reliquary in her home.
Jasper Thibodeaux is one of the coven's librarians and when it is discovered to bodies are missing from a cemetery he is sent to question Melasina. Jasper was there the night Melasina's mother was captured, though Melasina doesn't know. And Jasper has no idea how to tell her and gain her forgiveness.
When a dark curse is dropped on the coven members, they each must face what they fear the most to break the curse. What their greatest fear is they must discover. Will their greatest fear bring Jasper and Melasina together, or tear them apart?

This is a great story! I love the latest series by the Midnight Coven.
Melasina has grown up with being looking down on due to her mother. Lately some strange things are going on with her. She meets Jasper who is a Librarian for the coven. They don’t get along at first but they share something the night that they are cursed. Will they figure out that they are made for each other?

Wicked Love by Lisa Manifold is a story that begins with a mystery that a young witch named Melisina must solve before she is caught in a trap another witch has laid for her. As the story progresses, Melisina gains some special allies who will support her and a curse she must break. However, this love story begins, it ends with a wonderful happy ever after ending that left me with a smile. This is the perfect pick me up read for anyone who loves sweet love stories involving magic, witches, and happy endings. Wicked Love is a wonderful mystery story full of redemption and love.

This is the third book I have read by Lisa Manifold and once again I was not disappointed. One thing I would have to say that I didn’t enjoy was the ending of the novella, I felt that the beginning was so well detailed and stretched out that it left the ending to be rushed. I think more was needed from Jasper, Mel, Zelda and Sariah after the Leaders meeting.

While each story stands on its own with a happily ever after, characters do tend to wander from book to book, and you don’t want to miss a cameo by one of your favorites. You can read the novellas in any order.

We read this book for episode 50 of our podcast. We loved the first Midnight Coven books so much we wanted to go back to them for our 50th episode and invited Lisa Manifold and Corinne O’Flynn to join us! These books are from the third, and our favorite, season of the Midnight Coven. The shared world of the Cursed Coven books forces all the witches to face their greatest fear and in the process, find their happily ever after!
It is never easy living with the sins of your family, especially in a small insular community. Melasina desperately wants to be seen for who she is not as the daughter of an exiled necromancer. Jasper on the other hand, put his alcoholic mother in his rear-view mirror and has lived his life making sure to stay on the straight and narrow. The desire the feel for each other along with Thea’s curse is threatening their carefully crafted lives and forcing them to face their greatest fears. These witches show that doing what appears to be right is not necessarily right and that love can ease the burden of the past. Also, phone sex! :) We get pretty deep on the pressures from family and society to do the right thing or follow a specific path and you don't want to miss our discussion of our greatest fears. This is a NON-SPOILER REVIEW. Wicked Love By Lisa Manifold is part of the Midnight Coven Presents Cursed Coven stories. These quick reads are each written by a different author and are linked by a curse cast upon the witches and warlocks during a ball. This particular tale follows the effect of the curse on Melasina and Jasper. I really enjoyed this quick read and only wished it had been a longer story. The characters are well developed for such a fast telling. Here is a read that is slightly steamy (Mature Readers Only Please), pretty humorous and highly entertaining.

I love when various authors band together and write books in a series. I have read the other books in this series and they have all been great. This one follows more of the members of a coven who are cursed and how they work their way out of it. They also find true love of course. Although these books can be read in any order I recommend that you read them as they are set. Who knows you might find a new to you author.

Wicked Love is right! Melasina and Jasper are destined for each other but they have to get through this blasted curse first. Melasina has a harder time since she is trying not to be like her mother but they each learn lessons along the way. I couldn't put this down because I had to continue their journey. I love this series with all the different stories from all the authors.

Wicked Love is a paranormal story about Melasina a witch whose mother was banished from the coven for being a necromancer. When strange things start happening everyone is looking at Mel. Jasper is a librarian for the coven and is sent to question Mel. I liked all of the characters but I have to say my favorite is Zelda. This quick read is filled with mystery, romance, humor and a great ending. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

Has Melasina Cormier met her match in Jasper Thibodeaux? Really enjoyed Melasina and Jasper's story. The twists and turns were great. This was emotional, filled with angst, personal fears and chaos. Can't wait to read more from this author.

Mel, the daughter of an exiled necromancer has spent her life fighting to not follow in her mothers footsteps. I love the story line and humor weaved through this book, along with of course her love interest Jasper.

Wicked Love by Lisa Manifold is such an awesome story that I have read. This is book number three in this awesome series that I have fallen in love with from the very first book. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading about magic and paranormal romance.

What would you do if you were cursed? That's what Melanisa is finding out. When she has to team up with Jasper, the one man she can't be with it turns into chaos. Between the fighting and uncovering secrets they realize that they are ment for each other. Great book.

This was a wonderful book. It didn't seem rushed. This was sweet and steamy, full of romance and passion with great characters that were interesting enough to draw you in.
