Hugo Wilson's Ultimate Motorcycl Book gives a lot of history on the motorcycle, something I've been intersted in for quite a while now. While I wouldn't necissarily call it the litteral Ultimate Motorcycle Book, there are things I wish would have been included, and some that could have been left out, but the book did give me a lot of information about motorcycles I didn't know myself. It is deffinitly an interesting and worthy read, but it's more of a history book than it is an ultimate book.
As others have said "Ultimate Motorcycle Book" might be a bit of an oversell. But it did provide a comprehensive overview of the history of motorcycling and motorcycle brands etc from the late 1800's up until its publication. I found the book fascinating and would describe it as a gateway book to understanding classic motorcycles.
