Talks about the background behind the issues of hunger and poverty around the world (including the United States). Very accessible to kids with great photography. This whole series is wonderful-- each book is based on the UN's 8 targets for their Millennium Development Goals: Education for All, Fighting Disease, Healthy Mothers, Sustaining the Environment, and An Equal Chance for Girls and Women.
