This text relies on old html without much touch on newer and better uses of the language. The exercises are good but the instruction is monotonous, boring and not a great teaching tool for those that want to design well. The lessons are old-fashioned designed and not acceptable in real-world html design work.

Please do not buy this book. You're going to waste your money.
If you're trying to learn HTML there are a bunch of good books out there.
But do not never buy this book.
