I enjoyed reading the quotations by well-known authors, actresses, and female public figures. I may want to increase my rating of the book when I become actively engaged in using it. It is definitely an interactive book that motivates the reader to write and collect images of personal dreams such as vacation desires, career needs, leisure pass-times, relationship inspirations, and even a section on one's dream home. The journal is a useful tool for those readers who would like to use affirmations and creative visualization to create the life of their dreams.

(I need to place Lisa Hammond's book Dream Big on my to read list.)
