There are too many management types who don't trust their workforce to do their best work. They use the stick to motivate them because they think it works.

IT DOESN'T.

I've worked in retail and have been subject to the stick a lot, so I know what I'm talking about. More carrot, more happy staff. Paddi Lund knows this, and he has shared the secrets behind his successful, happy dental business in Australia.

All managers should read this book. MORE CARROT!

A simple but heartfelt story of how one man and his team transformed their dental practice by implementing kindness and courtesy at every stage of customer and co-worker interaction. Dr Lund presents his well-defined courtesy system which will surely benefit anyone in business—leaders and crew alike.
