Unlike some other reproductions of classic texts (1) We have not used OCR(Optical Character Recognition), as this leads to bad quality books with introduced typos. (2) In books where there are images such as portraits, maps, sketches etc We have endeavoured to keep the quality of these images, so they represent accurately the original artefact. Although occasionally there may be certain imperfections with these old texts, we feel they deserve to be made available for future generations to enjoy.

As I work my way through the year I have finished Volume III. As I said of the other volumes, these are invaluable meditations. Written in 1804 when Catholicism was still pure in its dogma, untainted by Vatican II and Synodality, they give you much to think about. If you are striving to become closer to God, if you realize that your sojourn on Earth is only a journey towards eternity, if you know you need to increase in virtue, then this set of meditations is for you. I highly recommend reading it.
Excellent meditations based on the old calendar (pre 1962). As with many spiritual writers of this time, some of the exhortations are a bit rigorous making their achievement seem impossible. This is a small quibble. Most of us need this because we're a bit easy on ourselves. If you are in any way scrupulous, you should avoid this book.
As with the other volumes in the series, there are typos, grammatical mistakes and some mistranslations through, however I still highly recommend it for the deeply moving meditations by Fr Hamon.
