Interesting book about the affects of GI on health. It reinforces that I am doing the right thing in eating a low GI diet filled with fruits and vegetables as the base. It also confirms what I suspect that eating foods that have are starch based such as rice, pasta, beans will is good for bulking up weight. When trying to lose weigh one simply shifts to lean meats, fruit, and vegetable diet.
