The old stray cat, Major Higgins is in trouble. He's trying to help a homeless kitten, but Higgins knows he can't do it without Trump's help at the Pet Vet clinic. Plus there's something dangerous lurking around at the local park.

I'm reading this series with my son, and this is his favorite book in the series so far. Trump is a loyal and lovable terrier. But I'm a big fan of Higgins.

If it is even possible; the worst of the bunch. I felt like the book was all over the place. This series was not enjoyable to read.

I didn’t find this very entertaining, and neither did my 5 year old.

Another cute book in this series. Got a little more background on Higgins in this book, which we liked.

My children and I love this pet vet series of books. They are delightfully entertaining and are perfect for animal lovers. We enjoy learning about the different animals, as well as many veterinarian terms that are discussed. The characters, animal and people alike, are charming. It is especially fun to hear what thoughts are running through the animals minds.
