In this short but powerful book Scott Morrison touches upon the core aspects of mindfulness with gentle prose and skillful arguments. If you've enjoyed Eckhart Tolle's books, check out this little book and you'll be glad you did. Just finished reading it for the second time. Plan to read it again soon.
