Very good and informative book on dividend investing and strategy. It's a tad dated with companies that have gone out of business, acquisitions, the housing bubble bursting, and basically the entire global economy changing after 9/11.

However, the premise of the book and the strategies are sound. Pay attention to the math and the strategies for picking stocks and don't get complacent. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!
