Just when you thought the series was over - Al Clark is back.
Our unassuming hero has reunited with his first wife after being separated for eighty-four years. Together they purchased a sturdy scout ship and hired a crew. Now the adventurers are making a living as asteroid prospectors, or as some call them, rock hoppers. Their goal is to locate valuable resources, determine their viability, and document their findings. When a good prospect is verified they are paid well for the information by those willing to provide extraction.
It is the perfect occupation for two extraordinary humans who have dedicated themselves to exploration and helping others improve their lives, without the hassles of actually mining the resources.
Their plan worked perfectly until they crash onto a desolate rock far from home, where they discover a rare mineral with the potential to revolutionize space travel.

Loved the series
I hope Meyer continues the series. I would very much like to see what's next. Perhaps new aliens willingly to share better battery technology

Satisfying Conclusion to the Series
The Al Clark Sci Fi series provides vivid imagery of things to come in the future if Climate Change is not reversed. It also provides a vivid peak into personal space travel and potential other beings that may be met along the way. Love the robotics aspect mixed with humanity portrayed by Sl and his wife. This series was a fun read.

Excellent....Highly R asecommend
Book five was as good as books one through four....rated previously. I found nothing to criticize in this series. So glad I found this series after all five books were written. I did not have to wait for each successive book to be published. 😉
