Rise of Officer Lazarus
A young African American police officer, Officer Lazarus Marshall, a member of G.H.O.S.T. [the Global Hostile Offensive Strike Team] topples an international criminal network, S.C.A.R. Secret Corporate Army of the Rebellion, of which a top World Union Senator is involved. After his arrest, the Senator places a bounty on the head of Lazarus from prison. Before the hit is carried out, Lazarus befriends a top Egyptian Scientist, Dr. Muenda Lutalo, who is performing top secret research on the blood of a superhuman alien name Allomus the Protector who crashed in the mountains of Colombia. It is through the blood of this alien being that Officer Lazarus Marshall will gain superhuman power to gain revenge against the SCAR organization , and its affiliates who sought his demise.
