Just when you thought you knew Ethpeal...
A completely different look at the Hale family, yet you fall into a narrative so familiar like visiting with a long-time friend.
We get to sit down and listen to tales that suspend our disbelief for a few more hours. A storyline so fleshed out with an almost mad scientist-like glee. Make no mistake,Patti Larsen has a bona fide Lair and a mad scientist lab. Pretty sure she has a theme song, too. I am now anxiously awaiting on the next book in yet another Patti Larsen Hale Coven... "series" is the correct spelling but for this author its pronounced "series-es".
