We have ten days to break the curse, or my mates and I kill each other.

Time is running out, and every day we come closer to the end. We finally have Wane back, but with the clock ticking down and grief eating me whole, it's hardly a victory.

Cronus has won, and he knows it. I can't kill him when my world just collapsed. If the Labyrinth broke me, the Damned Realm crushed what was left into dust. Exactly like Cronus crushed my mate when he unmade him. Who cares what the prophecy inked on my back says? Or what great and terrible future I'm supposed to have?

The only thing I want is to keep my mates and I alive. But with monsters freed from Tartarus, vicious gods in our way, and a titan hellbent on devouring me whole, I'll need more than magic to break our curse.

I'll need a miracle.

Cursed Dawn is a paranormal romance with psycho men, a ruthless revenge-driven FMC, twisted demon romance, and lots and lots of bloodlust. Deadly archdemons, cutting sarcasm, epic reincarnation romance, and gruesome murders fill these pages, so get ready to laugh, cringe, and swoon. This book is set in the same world as Lili Kazana - but this series stands completely separate.

Cursed Dawn was devastation. You guys, Leigh was brutal with this one. My heart went out to Haley and the guys as they tried to work through their loss and trauma. Emotions were raw both mine and theirs. It was a lot. On top of all of that, the curse is still active. I'm still unclear about a lot of things surrounding the curse and I hope I get those answers but I do love every little tidbit I can get about curse work in this world. It's interesting.

The plot was busy. There were a couple of big reveals, a revelation on a personal note that was unexpected, and a much-anticipated twist. I don't know why I didn't expect it, but this story takes us to somewhere I didn't think we'd go and characters that I hadn't anticipated, begin to pop up. Everything stayed true to the story so it was a good fit it just that the world expanded a little bit. We also meet a new character who I could see having a spin-off series expanding this world even more.

You think it's over? It's not over. The final book, Shadow Fall, is coming. Once again Leigh has left us readers with a savage cliffhanger and I'm not okay. Thank gods that the wait isn't going to be that long, the final book can't come soon enough.

Death, despair and destruction!
Wow does our author like putting this FMC through the ringer 😳
Picking up after the loss of one of her mates Haley has to contend with her feelings of hate and love towards him whilst trying to manage her grief 😩 it’s certainly a realistic representation of the waves of emotions one might go through and you really feel it with her 🥺 yet she’s going through the other end of the spectrum with the elation of having her long lost mate back….and boy do they connect with heat 🔥🔥 her remaining mates certainly come up with devious ways to keep her grounded - with plenty of kinks 🌶️🌶️
she’s got to pick herself up as much as possible because she’s got a Titan to kill and hopefully evade the curse that’s meant for her to kill the rest of her mates 😖
Thankfully she’s beginning to realise she has friends in her side who maybe able to help - although at their own peril 😢
There’s an element of a final battle at the end of this book but it does not have the outcomes you expect 😮 can’t wait for the last book to get answers!

Why didn't this prophecy come with instructions, dammit?

I feel you Haley, I feel you... I was honestly thinking the exact same thing a few pages before she said it herself! "Cursed Dawn" is book four in the "Kissed by Brimstone" series (NOT the final book), and it's clear Haley and her men are fumbling around, not really knowing how to unalive the threat that's determined to destroy them.

This book really reminded me of a TikTok I saw a few weeks ago, about how all fathers should want a psycho to love their daughter. These characters aren't heroes, they would never fight to save the world, but they would destroy the world to save the ones they love. These characters are the same. They don't want to be heroes, they're even willing to run away from the destruction as fast as they can, as long as they can all stay together and share a happy and quite life. But once you touch one of the people they love, the gloves come off and they'll fight dirty...

After some of the twists and turns in this book, I have no clue how to feel about the cliffhanger, nor do I know what to expect of book five. This book left me with a whole boatload of questions, and I'm really hoping for some answers soon.

Cursed Dawn is the fourth book in the Kissed by Brimstone series and the pace of it doesn't let up the whole way through it. Haley (Halwen FMC) and the guys are stuck in an impossible situation. What with trying to live with the reprocussions of what happened in the last book, a countdown to the curse being realised and Titan - Cronus its a lot to cope with. Add into all of that brilliantly twisted plot twists and turns which certainly kept me on my toes that's for sure. Another cracking cliff-hanger ending that completely threw me!! I'll be on tenterhooks until the next book now but I'm enjoying reading this series so much.

Ok, now that I’ve picked my jaw up off the floor I think I’m gonna need to go decompress for a bit!!
I’ve read all of Leigh’s books and they literally just keep getting better and better. Cursed Dawn had all of my emotions everywhere the entire time!! And that cliffhanger?! Ugh! Hit me right in the feels!!! Basically, just read this. I promise you won’t regret it, well maybe a little when you realize you have to wait for the next book! Bwahaha

This was an amazing read that grabbed me from the very first page and would not let me go. It moves along at a pace that is perfect for the flow of the story, speeding up and slowing down when needed. The characters are awesome and no matter what happens you cannot help but love them. This book needs to be read, there is no doubt about it.

stop dragging this out

Two more books?? Really! This should not be a 6 book series, it should’ve finished with this book. This story is getting more and more convoluted and frankly annoying the more books I read. And I still loathe the footnotes. Just put them in the body like every other author!

can’t stop the binge

With a cliffhanger like that you know it’s straight into the next book. No messing around.
Leigh Kelsey you are such a tease and a very good writer. Constantly keeping us on our toes and I really think you like to break all the rules when delivering this incredible series. Book 5 here I come.

Crazy

Things just keep getting crazier and crazier in this series! Things have definitely moved more into the pure fantasy and away from the romance genre lately. Granted, their motivation is to protect each other, but it's still 90% an action & fantasy storyline
