Violent earthquakes rip through the wah-less desert of the Void, tearing jagged wounds through its heart. But ferocious storms and rumors of ancient plagues in the City-Brights resurface, and as unseen forces drive them back into the Void and to the brink of despair, they are hunted, hounded and pursued by brutal Gatherers and City-Guards just as escape appears within their grasp.
