Very Thorough

Perfect way to learn these postures at a deeper level. The detail in the drawings and descriptions is so helpful.

Great series of books. I skimmed through more quickly all four volumes but I will definitely follow up with them again and again since it is such an excellent reference. Amazing breakdowns of asanas and the individual muscle actions (and reactions) to moving more fully into them.

The whole series is very similar, just covers different poses. My only complaint is that I wish there were more books to cover more poses. :)
