About the author

Dvorkin Leonid is a technology engineer, graduated from the Belarus Polytechnic Institute in Minsk in 1962 and worked at the Siberian Scientific Research Institute of Cement Industry till 1967. Since 1967 he works at the Department of Building Elements Technology and Material Sciences, National University of Water Management and Nature Resources Use, Rivne, Ukraine. He is an author of many monographs, papers, textbooks and design methods in the field of concrete technology and binding materials, using waste products in building industry and construction.
