I really enjoyed this book. It was so interesting to read everyone's different stories of how they perform lightwork. There are questions to ask yourself throughout the book and suggestions for different things you might want to learn and different gifts within lightwork. At the back of the book there is a glossary of terms used in lightwork that I also found very useful.
