Yes, the generation that ‘has it all’, is falling apart. In fact, up to 86% of millennials are affected by a Quarter-Life Crisis.

Defined as ‘a crisis that may be experienced in one's twenties, involving anxiety over the direction and quality of one's life’, the Quarter-Life Crisis is fast becoming the new ‘milestone’ in the lives of millennials.

This sassy survival guide helps millennials navigate the ‘real world’. Full of practical techniques and expert guidance on the top seven issues millennials face today, it encourages a ‘we need to get real’ perspective and affords millennials an opportunity to take ownership over life, rather than struggle or resist.

Skimmed this for five minutes at a local library.
