Rate this book
Ever wanted to take to the open road? Ever attempted that with kids? The Quirkus did. It wasn't pretty.

Forget the house and the quarter-acre block. This is one family's hilarious attempt to achieve the new Great Australian Dream - a road trip through the great southern land with kids. Experience the twists and turns of family life on the road with The Ideas Man, Bionic Woman, The Swagman, Chipmunk and Princess Contrary. Take or leave their travel tips and get educated on Australia's lesser known, but quirkier, history, people and places. Most importantly, enjoy. You are about to embark on a true tale only fiction could top.

You don't need to be a parent or traveller to enjoy this read. If you have experienced the chaos of family, The Misadventures of the Travelling Quirkus is for you.
