I picked this up second hand intending only to read part of one chapter in the middle somewhere, but found it so interesting I went back to the beginning and read it right through. Really gives you a sense of the power games of nations, how factors such as balance of power and bureaucratic inertia play in major acts such as starting a war.

An older book that still has a current study of the world we live in.
