Fantastic exploration of privilege, diversity, and oppression through a wide array of personal stories accompanied by theoretical/academic introductions. I feel as though the stories humanize and personalize the concepts raised in the theoretical portions of the book. My only quibble (4 stars instead of 5) is that I wish there had been an even wider array of perspectives and demographics addressed, and I wanted more in-depth explorations of the issues that were addressed.
