“The energy between them [Khloe and Weston] is almost kinda Edward/Bella Ana/Christian Grey like. It’s a love story for fangirls…”
Jill Robi is a Chicago native and Columbia Chicago graduate. With a BA in fiction writing, she is a self-proclaimed geek, avid comic-con attendee, cosplayer, and professional karaoke singer.
Jill is a seasoned writer, predominantly known for her interviews. She has worked for Unite4:Good magazine, where she cut her journalistic teeth with legend Dionne Warwick, a plethora of CEOs and various musical talent.

Currently, Jill is working on her fourth novel. Not keen on being traditional, it is also her fourth, vastly different genre to write in [street contemporary]. Though she favors pop-fic and chick lit, Jill also likes to write poetry, noir, and sci-fi/fantasy. She particularly loves exploring character studies.
She writes first and foremost for her own entertainment. She hopes that by sharing her work with the world, she can also achieve the entertainment and enjoyment of others as well.
This is not a bad story, it just went a bit too fairy tale for me. Also, is the main character rich? Cons and photo ops are expensive and OMG, she spends way too much time with her idol, no con would allow that. So yeah, it seemed too surreal to make sense. But it was cute, I guess. And I liked the main character, too.
This was a quick read. I'm giving a 3.75 star rating. I'm a fangirl myself and I couldn't put certain feelings to words like Jill Robi has here. A very sweet and flirty chronicle of Khloe's adventures with meeting her childhood crush actor. Weston, said actor, finds a breath of fresh air in Khloe and can't help but be drawn to her.
There is nothing 'groundbreaking' about this book. Its predictable, boring and so poorly written that its almost impossible to read. Robi continuously references brand names, to such a degree that it becomes bizarre. Do we really need to know what brand and model her phone is? Or what car rental company she uses? NO. There are run on sentences, repeated phrases, repeated words... the grammar is atrocious. The characters in this book are extremely unrealistic and unbelievable. At no time did I like any of them or care about what happened to them.
This is the kind of rubbish that shouldnt ever see the light of day. Its a prime example of the kind of thing you read on teenage fanfic sites... only, its the worst of the worst. Nothing in this book was good. There is a reason this was self published and not put out by a real publisher. Its unreadable. AVOID!!
