So, how should I start this.... It's not your average fairytale romance... it's gritty, dirty, confusing, sad, butterflies-in-your-tummy kinda story.... so in short, it'll leave you feeling up a second and down the next... but that's why it's good.

If you are into the red roses, white horse, gentleman and gentle woman story, this is not for you.. but if you like a story that'll make you feel all kinds of way, then this is it ladies...
I admit there were lines I didn't like, or how the lines were written, like that line where Lexi described herself as a turkey that he was "stuffing".....that made me laugh... lol but I still liked their story so much.
Twitch is such a conundrum, it's hard to decipher him... when he's low he's bad, but when he's up there, he is so good... specially to Lexi.
I love that this Uber macho, egotistical, fearless alpha male can be brought down by this slip of a girl...well, woman, really.
Gotta give her props, she is one tough woman, and definitely loyal...
Twitch isn't your typical white Knight either, he's more of a black Knight than anything... but like they say, "the world needs villains too". The thing about him is that he's tough, and cold, but he's also human. He believes he has no heart, yet he has Happy and Julius in his life, he let's Michael enter his circle, so clearly it's not that he doesn't have a heart, he's just protecting it so deep, no one else can scar it. Clearly he's not perfect, he's not good, nor can he be the 'best-boyfriend' nominee... but what little good he can show, comes out with Lexi. She is the calm to his storm. Twitch doesn't normally give a F, but when he's around Lexi, you can see that he does. It's kinda sweet.
So anyway, this story is not your typical love story, but it will make you love them. Lexi and Twitch are far from perfect, but hey, to each their own. They may not be perfect, but they are perfect for each other.
I didnt like the ending much, but I understood why it ended that way. In fact, in my opinion, that's the best way Twitch is showing his live for Lexi.
Their love survived that ending (not gonna spoil it for you guys...) and I can't wait for what's to come.
BTW, I totally agree with Twitch, who care about labels? Smh =]...more
