Certainly NOT Shirley McCoy's best work for LIS - shocked by that

WAAAAY too much backstory
WAAAAY too much redundancy

GREAT PREMISE
GREAT PLOT WORK
GREAT CHARACTERS

Just not enough time spent on the forward movement of the story - sigh

A good read
Good characters
A bit unrealistic in the infant situation - but - it IS fiction after all. LOL

Repetitions that should be gone -

I'm keeping it and will most likely re-read it when I get to that shelf again!

GOOD STORY - but it brought up a question - never saw it answered (might be my fault for NOT seeing it clearly enough) but HOW could she borrow the $30k and what did it actually do for her?

But for that question - the story is a FIVE STAR - sigh
