Michael, do you ever get over to Edinburgh or to Tokyo where you have a big big fan in each? I am Ben Treuhaft, Edinburgh piano tuner. In Tokyo I met Hashisaki san who introduced me to How Starbucks Saved My Life and when I returned to New York (I have since moved on), I looked but could not find you. I almost made a pilgrimage to the Sarah Lawrence town where you were rumoured to be working the local Starbucks. At each Starbucks I would ask the barista if the book weren't required reading but no. At a downtown Manhattan Starbucks I got the response, "Starbucks ruined mine." I had to laugh!
