Elizabeth Gilbert: A new way to think about creativity

Interesting presentation, actually, it incorporates a lot of concepts about creativity. Her works validate her convictions. She has given much to think about as it relates to creativity. If man is truly made in the image of God, there is much of divinity to be expressed through him. No matter how you look at it,the source of all our creativity originates in God. What triggers it is as varied and complex as our different personalities. At least this is another way of looking at it. I enjoyed the presentation and wish her great success, again,smile.

I fully understand and agree with Elizabeth Gilbert's concepts and ideals. I loved her speach. I do think her reference to "success" is limited. There is more to "success" then selling a lot of books, making a lot of money and having a movie made from one book. I think it all comes down to a reaction and what one considers to be an important reaction to the writing, selling of a book and sharing.

I have fully experience all of which Elizabeth talks about and I think she is on the mark.

In closing, I suggest that Elizabeth broaden her definition of "success"
