Its easy to agree with him, sitting comfortably above the poverty line in a job i like.
Fascinating talk. While I disagree with the notion that Meritocracy, even in the ideal-typical scenario, is a utopian or even a particularly good system for the according of social status, I certainly agree with your view that achieving a true meritocracy is an impossibility in the context of present day society.
I've watched this over and over again. Gets better every time!

And it is right! I found some useful info in this video. Some thing to think about: It is not possible to be successful everywhere. Somewhere you will always loose.
