Video Blog 3. Thoughts from a Sunday morning walk

[close] This is a new series that I want to share with you. It is called THOUGHTS FROM A SUNDAY MORNING WALK.

Every Sunday morning...rain or shine, snow or fog, I take a walk up through the hills & valleys around Terra d'Amore. I bring with me only my faith & an open heart...oh, & of course my camera.

It is a time to pray & to meditate...to seek answers to the too many & often times overwhelming bewilderments I have about life and love and existence.

Mornings are always the best time for me. There is something so special...so invigorating & holy about walking into these fields & woods just after the sun is up. As I walk, I snap a photo or two or ten or fifty of what I see. I walk high up into the hills, above the house & the barn & I find a quiet & peaceful place among the trees or the open fields where I can sit or kneel. Sometimes I just walk.

I make sure that my stomach, like my mind is empty. I take a few breaths...deep & cleansing. I close my eyes & I find that place deep within where my
