I agree completely, i always watch what the moon is doing, i know that once my eyes start to change (the first sign for me), i need to get myself restrained QUICK. i find that small doses of blood and the occasional bit of raw meat, combined with a few various hers, helps to control the cravings, if you know what I mean.
