I really love Helen Mirren as an actress and enjoy seeing her on screen. Prime Suspect was the best ever in Brit Mysteries, as it featured a strong woman in a lead investigative role. A woman with a personality, who wasn't married with kids. As a professional in a similar field, I really liked the scene with the young girl who had aborted her child, and then Jane was talking to her sarcastically about why she didn't have children. It moved me and I empathized with it greatly. She understands single professional women. She is a great role model I think.
