Some friends and I bought Ron Douglas' books, we were VERY DISSAPPOINTED with the inaccuracy of ingredients. The finished product lacked flavor, procedures to make the dish has errors and there's aren't photos throughout any of these books!!! Ron Douglas' books need to be kicked to the curb-waste of money :(
