Ken Montville Interesting. On the face of it, though, it seems like virtually every other self-help, personal development book ever published in the genre. Hope springs eternal and I added this to my "to read" list.

I almost wish I could find a real, live person (i.e., psychotherapist) who uses these "tools" to encourage their patients to move beyond their anxieties, phobias and general inertia and see if, in fact, they work beyond the printed page.
