I am a eight year old girl & I love the Ruby Booker books ! Like the author is saying in the video Ruby Booker is me. We do many of the same things, we are in the same grade & we are very popular in school. I really appreciate books like the Ruby Booker series because I can relate to almost every word and it makes it very comfortable for me to read. Please Mr. Barnes keep writing books like Ruby Booker so little girls African American,Caucasian,Hispanic or Asian, etc... can enjoy seeing themselves written about in such a colorful but yet realistic way ! Thank you ! My Mom loves your life story & all of your books so she helped me to write this & she thanks you too.
