Wyoming State Poet Laureate and prolific children’s author, Eugene is a graduate of the Institute of Children’s Literature, a member of Western Writers and the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators. Today we’re talking about Eugene’s, at times very funny children’s poetry book titled ‘Is It True?’ Voted the Best Read for 2018 it respresented the State of Wyoming at The Book Festival in Washington DC.
