I'm struggling a bit with this one; I feel it is pretty painful to watch someone expose a parent with mental illness so openly for the sake of an audience. I understand the reasoning behind it, but I can't endorse it.
Also, I feel there is a lot more bragging language in this book than the first, but it gaslights you because she definitely mentions that she doesn't think she is great? Mixed feelings for sure

So I totally get how some of the reviews of this book are negative, saying "that's not real suffering," but even the first few chapters have really resonated with me as we are in a challenging season of an often-screaming toddler, a newborn, and other things that feel big but aren't life-altering trauma. I think the intended audience is important when recommending this one.
