well this is fucking horrifying

jesus christ why must it take so long for the characters to put 2 and 2 together in this story. Prunella knows a Clarissa Midsomer and a George Midsomer and it takes like half the book for her to even realize they are related. WHAT!

The whole thing with Midsomer and his wife has been obvious since she first appeared, it's not very believable for Z to be so thick
