Being halfway through this book has really shown me that if I pace myself and try not to burn myself out, I can really accomplish anything as a reader. I found the second volume as a chance to really get to know the characters and distinguish themselves from each other. The romance did get a bit heavy handed at times and Natasha’s naivety could be grading but just like everyone else in this novel, she’s human
