im determined to finish this book today. also anyone who says harry potter is for autumn is wrong. these are christmas books all the way.

the mirror of erised.. now things are getting interesting let’s gooo (this is my first time reading this and like the one thing i’ve never heard about harry potter in this book so far) everyone talks about everything except this so i don’t really know what it is 🥳🍾🎉

i had the entire day to do nothing so i could’ve read a ton but instead i ended up walking outside like all day because it was good weather and watching the summer i turned pretty for the first time and then watching the eras tour while talking to ppl on stan twitter but i did read a little at least 😭 now i’m sick so i actually won’t have to do school so hopefully i’ll read a lot when i wake up

i feel like i’m accidentally becoming a potter head i love the stories only not the author of course but like it’s so easy to get inside the story and escape for a while not a lot of books are able to do that for me tbh because i’m usually too critical but i think it’s different w harry potter bc i already dont care abt the author so i came in w low expectations and also it’s a kids book but it’s cute

this book is actually so funny, i understand the hype now tbh. also i’ve only ever seen the first movie as this is my first time reading the series but i love how this book has so many more details than the movie i feel like the reason i didn’t really like the movie is that everything felt clogged in together
